Experience Summary

Mr. Chen is a Senior Environmental Scientist with over ten years of environmental consulting experience focusing on air quality analyses and human health risk assessments. Prior to joining CAJA, Mr. Chen served as a senior toxicologist at Tetra Tech EMI and was the lead risk assessor for Naval installations located in California. In addition, Mr. Chen was the air quality specialist for a number of private and public sector projects that utilized air quality tools such as HARP, ISCST3, and URBEMIS. Mr. Chen has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Pomona College and a Master's degree from the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
