Summary
Mr. Chen is the Director of Air Quality Programs with over ten years of environmental consulting experience focusing on air quality analyses and human health risk assessments. As Director, he is responsible for the development and management of air quality technical staff. Prior to joining CAJA, Mr. Chen served as a senior toxicologist at Tetra Tech EMI and was the lead risk assessor for Naval installations located in California. In addition, Mr. Chen was the air quality specialist for a number of private and public sector projects that utilized air quality tools such as HARP, ISCST3, and URBEMIS. Mr. Chen has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Pomona College and a Master's degree from the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
