Erin EfnerExperience Summary

Ms. Erin Efner is a Senior Project Manager/Director of the San Francisco Office. Her responsibilities include research, analysis, and coordination for environmental review documents pursuant to CEQA and NEPA, including Initial Studies (IS), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs). With seven years of experience in the preparation and management of CEQA/NEPA-related documents, Ms. Efner's diverse project experience includes environmental documentation for complex and controversial elementary/high-school, residential/commercial, mixed-use, industrial, hospital, specific plan, and general plan projects. Prior to joining CAJA, Ms. Efner worked for EIP Associates as an Associate Manager. Ms. Efner received a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a M.A. in Public Policy, with an emphasis on environmental policy from the University of Maryland. Ms. Efner has been involved in environmental policy analysis since 1997, in both the academic and professional fields. She began her career with CAJA in 2006 and is based out of the firm's San Francisco office.
