Jennie AndersonExperience Summary

Ms. Jennie Anderson is a Project Manager with experience in both the management and preparation of environmental review documents pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for clients in both the public and private sector. Her broad range of project experience includes mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, educational campus developments, master plans, specific plans, public works, and historic structures. Her responsibilities include the following: co-management of high-profile and environmentally sensitive projects in both urban and rural settings; project budgeting and scheduling; work product quality control; presentation of environmental analyses, recommendations, and strategies at client meetings and public hearings; conducting research and writing various document sections; coordination with regulatory agencies and subcontractors; as well as, preparing proposals and marketing to potential clients. Ms. Anderson has extensive experience in preparing Environmental Impact Reports (EIR); Initial Studies (IS); Negative Declarations and Mitigated Negative Declarations (ND/MND); Environmental Impact Statements (EIS); Environmental Assessments (EA); Comprehensive Land Use Management Plans (CLUMP); and Biological Assessments (BA). Additional experience includes conducting biological field research (i.e., sensitive species surveys, habitat assessment, waters of the U.S. delineations) and implementing mitigation monitoring and reporting programs (MMRP).
