Experience Summary

Ms. Paulette Franco is a Senior Project Manager at CAJA. She began preparing environmental review documents pursuant to CEQA and NEPA in 1998.  Since that time, she has prepared numerous documents for a variety of project sizes and types for private sector and public agency clients. She has successfully managed the environmental review process for controversial and environmentally sensitive projects in urban and rural settings.  Her project management experience includes such high profile projects as Canyon Hills EIR, Bundy Village and Medical Park EIR, and Museum of Tolerance EIR.  Prior to joining CAJA, she worked extensively on the Los Angeles International Airport Master Plan EIS/EIR. 

With a focus on Southern California, Ms. Franco has prepared CEQA documentation for projects located throughout Los Angeles County, including the cities of Los Angeles, Baldwin Park, Calabasas, Glendale, Monterey Park, Santa Monica, South Gate, Torrance, as well as several cities in Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
