Summary
Ms. Terri McCracken has experience in both the management and preparation of environmental review documents pursuant to CEQA and NEPA for clients in both the public and private sector. Ms. McCracken has written numerous CEQA analyses for high-profile and environmentally sensitive projects in both urban and rural settings, and acts as a day-to-day contact for agency staff, subconsultants, and applicants, providing valuable insight to identify environmental constraints and feasible mitigation measures.
Ms. McCracken's duties also include project scheduling, budgeting, conducting field surveys, preparing proposals and graphics, providing quality control review and feedback, and training entry-level staff. Ms. McCracken has prepared and co-managed a variety of environmental review documents, including Environmental Impact Reports, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations and Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Assessments, Addenda, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Programs, and other focused environmental analyses. Her diverse project experience includes commercial/retail, mixed-use, single- and multi-family residential, sports entertainment, institutional, and master planned developments throughout Northern and Southern California. In addition, Ms. McCracken has successfully completed coursework in Green Building requirements and practices, and utilizes her experience and knowledge toward sustainable building projects.
